Fundé y lidero La Mesa Ejecutiva, una plataforma de desarrollo profesional y liderazgo que acompaña a estudiantes-atletas hispanohablantes en su camino hacia oportunidades universitarias y deportivas en ligas y asociaciones como LAI, NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, NCCAA y U SPORTS (Canadá), además de rutas competitivas hacia entornos profesionales como USL League One. Mi trabajo se centra en orientar, preparar y visibilizar talento joven con herramientas, mentoría y contactos estratégicos que incrementan sus posibilidades de acceder a becas deportivas y programas académicos en Puerto Rico, Estados Unidos y Canadá.

 

Opero bajo un modelo de asesoría educativa (no representación). Ofrezco:

    •    Página del jugador alojada en nuestro sitio con highlight film, GPA y estadísticas para acceso fácil de entrenadores.

    •    Guías y borradores de comunicación para que la familia/atleta contacten directamente a los programas.

​

    •    Asesoría en reglas NIL (cumplimiento institucional/estatal), sin actuar como agente, sin negociar contratos profesionales ni atar honorarios a resultados.

    •    Apoyo en traducción y adaptación de materiales para familias y entrenadores, estrictamente con fines educativos y únicamente cuando sea permitido por las asociaciones y las políticas institucionales debido a barreras de idioma. Este apoyo no constituye representación; la comunicación y las decisiones finales siempre permanecen en manos del atleta y su familia.

 

A lo largo de mi carrera profesional desde 2016 he liderado programas de desarrollo, creado rutas de visibilidad para jóvenes talentos y acompañado procesos donde el esfuerzo individual se convierte en oportunidades reales. No me limito a diseñar estrategias en papel: trabajo en el terreno para identificar talento, darle exposición, conectar con las instituciones adecuadas y construir condiciones para que ese talento florezca. He gestionado alianzas con comunidades, organizaciones y sector privado para abrir puertas donde antes no las había y he planificado programas que garantizan continuidad, financiamiento y resultados sostenibles. Paralelamente, he dedicado años a la mentoría directa, guiando a jóvenes en su transición académica y profesional. Hoy aplico ese mismo enfoque al deporte, acompañando a estudiantes-atletas y a sus familias en la búsqueda de becas deportivas, comprendiendo cada paso del proceso: desde el scouting y la preparación, hasta la orientación estratégica que asegura que el trabajo en la cancha se traduzca en logros dentro y fuera de ella.

Prestamos servicios de visibilidad y asesoría educativa con honorarios fijos por servicio; la comunicación con entrenadores y decisiones finales siempre permanece en manos del atleta y su familia.

I founded and lead La Mesa Ejecutiva, a professional development and leadership platform that supports Spanish-speaking student-athletes on their path to collegiate and athletic opportunities in leagues and associations such as LAI, NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, NCCAA, and U SPORTS (Canada), as well as competitive routes toward professional environments like USL League One. My work focuses on guiding, preparing, and giving visibility to young talent with tools, mentorship, and strategic connections that increase their chances of accessing athletic scholarships and academic programs in Puerto Rico, the United States, and Canada.

 

I operate under an educational advisory model (not representation). I offer:

    •    A player page hosted on our site with highlight film, GPA, and statistics for easy access by coaches.

    •    Guides and message drafts so the family or athlete can contact programs directly.

​

    •    NIL rules advisory at the institutional and state level, without acting as an agent, without negotiating professional contracts, and without tying fees to outcomes.

    •    Translation support and adaptation of materials for families and coaches, strictly for educational purposes and only when permitted by associations and institutional policies due to language barriers. This support is not representation; communication and final decisions always remain with the athlete and their family.

 

Throughout my professional career since 2016, I have led development programs, created visibility pathways for young talent, and supported processes where individual effort becomes real opportunities. I do not limit myself to strategies on paper. I work on the ground to identify talent, give it exposure, connect with the right institutions, and build the conditions for that talent to flourish. I have managed partnerships with communities, organizations, and the private sector to open doors where there were none, and I have planned programs that ensure continuity, funding, and sustainable results. In parallel, I have dedicated years to direct mentorship, guiding young people as they move into new academic and professional stages. Today I apply that same approach to sports, supporting student-athletes and their families in the search for athletic scholarships, understanding each step of the process from scouting and preparation to strategic guidance that ensures work on the field translates into achievements on and off it.
